本机单轴自动切台为集光、机、电、磁、气、仪、液压及数控驱动、集程控制于一体的自动化设备,在性能各方面超越了传统机型的功能和可靠性。尾座采用高立式墙板,完全排除了尾座过轻不稳定的现象.大圆刀采用高硬度乌钢合金,在很大程度上提高了刀片硬度和切割精密度;同时采用数控驱动控制系统及人机介面触摸屏数据输入方式，增强了对切割精度的控制，改善了输入不灵敏的现象。
人机介面触摸屏采用5.7寸超大型，在一个工作循环中，可同时设定10种规格之尺寸。不停机一次性完成工作，基本动作集中于触摸屏操作，在触摸屏上可直接启动，停机。可更换主轴，圆刀转向等。操作方便快捷，刀座移动采用进口型直线滑轨为导轨。平移稳定，精确。油压系统加设了双阀式油缓冲控制装置，确保切割运行平稳（基本消除了进退刀时所产生的相互撞击现象）。增加快速调整切刀角度的控制装置与尾座欠气压保护装置，在气压低于安全值时，机器将不能启动或自动停机，操作安全可靠。
